| The electromagnetic levitation and guidance system used by MAGLEV allow for non-contact levitation. So riding the MAGLEV vehicle is like riding on a cushion of air. During acceleration from 0 km/hr to 450 km/hr, passengers can stand, walk and move about the cabin as if the vehicle were standing still. |
