WHO IS INVOLVED

The Southern California Association of Governments is leading efforts to deploy Maglev, in cooperation with the State of California and United States Department of Transportation, Federal Railroad Administration. The California Maglev Alliance, composed of public and private organizations and individuals, is supporting Maglev deployment.

BREAKING MAGLEV NEWS

Los Angeles. The federal government has committed an additional million dollars for further development of the California Maglev project. Local officials are awaiting word from U. S. Secretary of Transportation, Rodney Slater, as to additional funding to be provided to the California Project.
