| Project Schedule |
The next phase entails completion of more detailed engineering and a state mandated Environmental Impact Report and federal Environmental Impact Statement. This phase, currently budgeted at $21 million, will take about 18 months to complete.
The current schedule objective is to complete the environmental studies by the end of 2003. Construction would begin soon after all entitlements are secured, following completion of environmental studies. Operation of the initial construction segment could begin as soon as 2010. |
